A superb new 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex apartment, carefully decorated and elegantly furnished, in a luxury residence due for completion in summer 2024. Sleeping up to 11 people, this accommodation is ideal for families thanks to its privileged location right on the slopes, in the heart of the family-friendly resort of Praz de Lys. With its meticulous decoration and attention to detail, the Oxalis 206 promises an idyllic mountain holiday in winter and summer alike.
Located on the second and top floor with lift of the Oxalis residence, Oxalis 206 can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. This splendid duplex combines the spirit of a mountain chalet with the modernity of a new residence, right on the slopes in the heart of the Praz de Lys resort. Within easy reach of the resort centre, restaurants, shops, mini-market and entertainment. Its location and facilities make it ideal accommodation for a family holiday. It comprises An entrance hall with cupboards leading to the 37 m2 living room. The living room with its bay windows comprises a modern kitchen with island, opening onto the lounge/living room with access to a 16 m2 south-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the village and surrounding mountains. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Living area with sofa, TV, wifi ADSL. A large en suite bedroom with shower room (total surface area of almost 18m2) with access to the balcony, with a 160cm double bed. Separate WC and storeroom. On the upper attic level, you will find two double bedrooms with 160cm beds, one of which is en suite with a shower room, as well as a dormitory room with a triple bunk bed and a double bunk bed for a total of beds. The Oxalis residence is located opposite the Tourist Office, on your left as you enter the resort. Residence entrance: to the left of the U’Tile mini-market. Main residence door with keypad: if the tablet doesn't respond, try again several times. Apartment OXALIS 206 is on the 2nd floor, on your right as you exit the elevator.
We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
