In a luxury residence with lift recently completed in December 2023, Carmine A206 enjoys a privileged location just 4 minutes from the ski slopes and the heart of the resort. The wood-panelled walls give this flat a warm, mountain-chalet atmosphere, with all the comforts of new accommodation. Its strategic location and facilities make it ideal for a family holiday without the need to use your car. The 42 m2 flat has a spacious bathroom with Italian shower and WC. It also includes a cabin with single bunk beds and storage space. A second large cabin with glass roof features a double bed with storage. The open-plan kitchen combines modern design and functionality and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and bar with two stools. The living area also includes a sitting area with a 2-seater sofa and a futon, a television with French channels and international TV via satellite and Chromecast, and an internet connection. This area opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and views of the village and mountains. In addition: a garage in the residence and a private ski cellar.
Apartment Carmine A206 is located on the 2nd floor of the Carmine Lodge residence. Pedestrian access: use entrance A (to the right when facing the residence). The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly in front of you as you exit the elevator. Ski lockers: located in building A, to the right of the residence's main entrance. (A206) Garage access: the access ramp is located on the far left of the residence. The main door opens with the blue remote control provided upon your arrival. Garage A206 is located on the lowest level of the garages (elevator level 0). The key box code will be provided once the security deposit has been paid.
We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
