PEARL 201 : Apartment sleeps 14: A rare gem in the heart of the resort, just a stone's throw from the slopes! Exceptional new accommodation right in the centre of the family-friendly resort of Les Gets, close to all shops and services, less than 200m from the main ski lifts and ski lesson departures. In an intimate setting, the Pearl 201 flat is located on the entire second floor of the three-storey new residence, due for completion at the end of 2023.
Space
With a floor area of almost 190 m2, Pearl 201 is the ideal flat for bringing the whole family together, thanks to its spacious, well-thought-out living spaces, combining elegance and contemporary design with the traditional charm of the mountains and old wood. It has 4 en suite double bedrooms, including a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The fifth dormitory bedroom (sleeps 5) adjoins its games room and is the ideal living space for younger guests, who will also benefit from a dedicated bathroom. The living area is designed for relaxing, cocooning evenings by the fire after a day on the slopes, and comprises a magnificent, fully-equipped designer kitchen with central island, opening onto the living room and lounge where the fireplace takes pride of place in the centre of the room. Bathed in light thanks to its large south-facing windows, the living room opens onto a large terrace with jacuzzi, inviting you to relax and contemplate. SONOS sound system in the living room. A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer completes this exceptional flat.
Access
The PEARL 201 apartment is located behind the Ski Love shop. When you are facing the shop, take the private alley on the left: the PEARL residence is on your right. Apartment: no. 201, located on the 2nd floor Smart lock: the code will be sent to you once the security deposit has been pre-authorised. Included: 3 parking spaces, ski storage with boot dryer.
Interaction
We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
