In a small renovated residence, this 2024 appartment is ideally located in the historic heart of the family-friendly resort of Les Gets, just a few steps from the ski slopes and close to all the shops. This spacious 60 sqm apartment has 2 large bedrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably. The refined decor and attention to detail invite you to relax and share your dream family holiday.

Located on the third floor (no lift) of a residence completely renovated in 2024, in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants (bakery and butcher's shop on the ground floor), SAPINS 302 can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. This little gem combines the spirit of a mountain chalet with its old wooden walls and the modernity of a new building, just a few steps from the main Chavannes ski lifts and ski lessons. Close to the heart of the resort, with restaurants, shops and children's activities from the tourist office (ice rink, workshops, etc.). Its location and facilities make it ideal accommodation for a family holiday without the use of a car. Access

Les Sapins residence is on your right before the church. The main entrance is past the bakery. Apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor, on your right as you go up the stairs (the building does not have an elevator). A cellar is also available in the basement of the building; it is marked SAPINS 302 with the agency logo. Access to the cellar is via the second key, which will be given to you upon arrival.


Interaction

We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
