Access
The Cocoon chalet is located on your right at the Skieur junction, on the Route des Métrallins when you are coming from the resort centre, about 200 m after the first hairpin bend. The chalet is directly after the “private road” sign.
Interaction
We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
